FOUNDED IN 2007
In 2007 Ridge Construction and Development stepped in to fill a void in the construction industry. The area between the large top-heavy Construction Managers and the inexperienced pick-up truck contractors. RC&D delivers the professionalism and service of a large CM at a level tailored to your budget.
In 2014 we expanded the business model to provide construction consulting and project management services, working primarily in the academia sector.
These two divisions provide us the unique ability to understand your project from both sides of the table.
Today, RC&D is a full-service Construction Manager with the depth and experience to scale up or down to meet your needs.
